“I need a no-win no-fee employment solicitor”
“I can’t afford legal advice”
“My employer has treated me badly but I can’t pay for expert support”
If that’s what you’re thinking, you’re in the right place.
You probably know that taking your employer to the employment tribunal could cost a lot of money – we understand you’re worried about that, but don’t let it put you off.
If your employer has done you wrong, you have the right to make a claim against them.
We’re no-win-no-fee employment solicitors, here to make that easy for you.
That’s why one of our payment options is ‘no win, no fee’. It means that, if you don’t win, you don’t pay. It’s as simple as that.
Give us a call on 0808 168 7288. Tell us what’s been going on and we’ll tell you what to expect. The initial call is free, and there’s no obligation to proceed. So why wait?
No win no fee employment solicitors: How it works
Obviously, we don’t work for nothing (even though we’d sometimes like to).
The technical term for ‘no win no fee’ is damages-based agreement.
If you lose, you don’t have to pay us a penny.
If you win, you pay us a percentage based on the amount of damages you are awarded. Oh, and if you already have an agreed settlement, our share comes out of the extra amount we’ve negotiated, not the whole lot, because that’s only fair and fairness is important to us.
We only take on cases we think we can win on your behalf. If we don’t think there’s a chance of winning, we’ll let you know early on.
With years of experience as employment solicitors, we have a great success rate in winning claims.
Avoiding court costs
The biggest cost in any employment law claim is going to the tribunal. You probably want to avoid that, because of the time and hassle involved. Many employers also want to avoid the risk of reaching that stage, so it’s in their interests to offer you a settlement.
We only ever act for employees, not employers, and we’re here to help you negotiate a settlement that you’re happy with.
We usually succeed in getting a good deal for our clients that goes beyond what their employer originally offered.
Employer payments
Dealing with a straightforward settlement agreement (or compromise agreement in Northern Ireland) could cost £250-£500. In most case, your employer will cover the cost.
If your case is particularly complex, there might be an additional fee to pay.
The best way to find out the cost implications is to give us a call and chat to our friendly team. We’ll be happy to advise and let you know about the various ways to pay.
Remember, no win no fee is usually an option. This takes away the risk for you.

No win no fee is not your only option
Please note that we can’t guarantee to accept your case on a no-win no-fee basis, because every situation is different. When we speak, we’ll let you know if we can offer you that option.
As well as the ‘no win no fee’ option, you could pay using an existing or new insurance policy, by the hour, fixed fee, or a combination of those.
